Christelle Oyiri’s exhibition titled Ghost Rider, part of the BMW Art Club 2025 project, opens on 20 November at Zachęta. The partnership between Zachęta and BMW creates a framework for artistic experimentation where modern art meets technology and innovation.

Christelle Oyiri (also known as Crystallmess), an artist and DJ based in Paris, will show her premiere installation titled Ghost Rider. This experimental project draws on DJing practices, digital aesthetics, and AI, and is a continuation of works shown this summer at Tate Modern. The exhibition is curated by Michał Grzegorzek (STUDIO theatregallery, Kem School).

BMW is offering free admission to all Zachęta exhibitions for the first two weeks after the opening of the Ghost Rider exhibition, from 21 November to 4 December 2025.

Please note that the exhibition space features strobe effects, loud noises and dim lighting. Persons sensitive to intense stimuli are advised to exercise caution.

Tour

led by: Christelle Oyiri and Michał Grzegorzek

During the tour, the artist and curator will talk about the Ghost Rider project – an extension of the work prepared in the summer at the invitation of Tate Modern as part of the Infinities Commission series. The installation, which is both intermedia and performative, combines sculpture, sound, video, and light, drawing inspiration from DJ practices, the aesthetics of digital retouching, and the rhythms of contemporary culture.
